ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") proposes to make the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which if they come into force will introduce various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in part or parts of the roads identified:
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.* 202* (TRO-6A-2021)
- Ranelagh Villas - Proposed extension to double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time)
BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT NO.* 202* (TRO-6B-2021)
- Bankside, Bellingham Crescent, Burlington Sardens, Bush Farm Drive, Fairway Crescent, Flimwell Close, Gorse Close, Graham Close (Portslade), Graham Crescent (Portslade), Hazel Close, Juniper Close, Overdown Rise, Sherbourne Road, Sherbourne Way, Shortgate Road, Stonecross Road, Thornbush Crescent, Wickhurst Close & Wickhurst Road - Proposed double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time)
- Flimwell Close, Graham Close (Portslade), North Close & North Lane (Portslade) -Proposed extension to double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time)
- Graham Close (Portslade) - Proposed single yellow line Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm
- North Close - Proposed single yellow line Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 12pm to 2pm
A copy of this Notice, the proposed Order, plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be seen online at

All objections and other representations relating to the proposed Order must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should be sent to the Executive Director Economy, Environment & Culture, Brighton & Hove City Council Parking Infrastructure, G40 Hove Town Hall, Norton Road Hove, BN3 3BQ quoting the TRO reference number shown above or by e-mail to parking.
