Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Puttshack Reading Limited has applied to the Reading Borough Council on 26/02/2021 for a new premises licence for Leisure Unit R25, at Riverside Level in the Oracle Shopping Centra, Reading, RG1 2AS. The proposed application is to permit the provision of plays, films, indoors sporting events, live music, record music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description to that falling within above and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 01:30 (following day) and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:30 (blowing day) on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to mate a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 2603/2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to the Environmental Services address above. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited amount.
