We Toths Teesside Ltd, Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence at 35 Priestgate, Darlington. DL1 1NG and known as Top of the Hops. This application is to permit the following licensable activities: Off Licence open between 9am and 10pm Monday to Saturday & 10am and 6pm Sunday. Any representation about this application must be made in writing by 2 April 2021 and sent to: The Licensing Department, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feetams, Darlington. DL1 5QT. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a persons is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
