GreenCargo Express LTD of 11 Grindal Drive, Grange Park, Swindon, SN5 6HD is applying to remove the following condition/ undertaking from their operator's license: vehicles authorized under this license shall not exceed 32 tonnes gvw and shall be rigid in type.

Owners or occupiers of land (including the buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6 NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must send at the same time, a copy of their representation of the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
