Dorset Cider Farm Ltd has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Lower Bushey Farm, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5JP and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, and/or a performance or rehearsal of a play; and/or a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or and/or late-night refreshment. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 05/03/2021 and 01/04/2021.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
