Tendring District Council Notice of Confirmation of An Order Town & Country Planning Act Section 257 Bridleway 20 Great Bentley Public Path Diversion Order 2021
The above Order, confirmed on 22 January 2021, under section 257 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 will divert a part length of Bridleway 20 in the parish of Great Bentley. Tendring District Council granted Planning permission 4/01750/OUT allowed 19 November 2015, and 19/01440/DETAIL approved 29 January 2020, being mixed use scheme comprising up to 150 dwellings and open space, a class 81 employment area and structural landscaping on land at Station Field, Plough Road, Great Bentley, Essex CO7 8LG. A part length of Bridleway 20 Great Bentley being 3 metres in width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map starting from a point by the carriageway known as Plough Road adjacent to the boundary of the property 'Four Winds' running in an east, north easterly direction along a farm access drive for a distance of 355 metres to a point where it continues unaffected, to an alternative route 3 metres in width commencing at a point located by the carriageway known as Plough Road 27 metres south east of the aforementioned start point running in an east, north easterly then north easterly direction for a distance of 361 metres parallel to the farm access track before connecting to it at the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected. This Order comes into force on the date on which Essex County Council on behalf of Tendring District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from 11 march 2021 on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 14) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To replace the goods vehicles loading bay on the south side of High Street, Colchester, outside Nos. 52 to 58, with 'Disabled badge holders only Mon - Sat 8 am - 6pm Maximum Stay 3 Hours' and to replace the disabled badge holders parking place on the south side of High Street, Colchester, outside St Nicholas House, with 'Loading only 8am - 6pm' in the Borough of Colchester.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 17, Great Braxted in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Footpath 28 in a general southerly direction for approximately 119 metres.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Boxted Road/Queens Head Road, Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with The Causeway to its junction with Redhouse Lane a distance approximately 1370m. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chitts Hill, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 55m south of its junction with Cooks Lane for a distance of approximately 125m in a southerly direction. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of West Avenue and Pier Avenue, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Agate Road to the junction with Marine Parade East a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM58213161/RC - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Colchester Road, Bures Hamlet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Bures Hamlet in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 110m south east of its junction with Hamlet Court for a distance of approximately 50m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st March 2021 for 1 day and again on 28th March 2021 for 1 day (2x Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010626507/3 - Anglian Water).
