(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 9) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership In exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To Introduce and revoke restrictions In the Braintree District as follows: to Introduce 'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions on the junction of Challls Lane and Notley Road, Braintree; to change the single yellow line 'No Waiting' restrictions outside No. 10 to No. 40 High Street, Halstead to 'No Waiting Friday 5am-8am Except Market Traders'; to Introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time' junction protections on the junction of High Street and Grangewood Avenue, Kelvedon; to reduce the length of the 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions on the southeast side of High Street, Kelvedon, so its northernmost extent is at the shared boundary of No. 32 and No. 34 High Street; to extend the 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions at the junction of Swan Street and Heron Road, Kelvedon, replacing the 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 10am-11 am' restrictions; to introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time' outside No. 84, Kelvedon House and Nos. 88 and 90 on High Street, Kelvedon and to introduce Residents Permit Parking Area MV1 on Mailings View, Braintree.
2. To amend Schedule 3 in The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 1 of this notice.
3. To amend Schedule 5 in The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 2 of this notice.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TL755 217 with revision 2.TL810 305 with revision 1, TL855182 with revision 1, TL855185 with revision 1, TL860185 with revision 1.TL865190 with revision 1JL860187 with revision 1 and TL760 230 with revision 2 and by introducing tile number TL755 220 at revision 0.

(Footpath 26, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 26, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from the mini-roundabout at entrance to Tesco on Cuckoo Way to Notley Green, then from the opposite side of Notley Green along the footpath to London Road.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/03/2021 to 30/04/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new Gas supply to Horizon 120 site on A131 are undertaken. The alternative route for Footpath West of Notley Green will be via Cuckoo Way & Notley Green.
The alternative route for Footpath East of Notley Green will be via Footpath 32, unknown footpath to Levens Way, Levens Way, Ennerdale Avenue, Windermere Drive, London Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22/03/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Newland Street, Witham) (Temporary Suspension of Parking
Restriction) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To suspend the existing Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return 3 Hours restrictions under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Newland Street, Witham in the District of Braintree. NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the south western property boundary of No.78 Newland Street, south west to a point in line with the north eastern property boundary of No.100 Newland Street, a distance of approximately 100m.
The parking restrictions will be suspended every Tuesday between the hours of 6am to 4pm while the market is in operation. The parking restrictions will be reinstated for all other days of the week or where the market is not in operation.
Tile reference TL820142 of The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (permitted parking area and special parking area) (Consolidation) Order 2019 shall be temporarily varied as detailed above. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
This order is required for the safety of the public whilst the market is in operation, and will come into effect on 19 March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months, as and when suitable traffic management measures are in place on site.

(Blunts Hall Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blunts Hall Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 35m north west of its junction with Blunts Hall Drive for a distance of approximately 105m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC2LCL5V001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Blunts Hall Road, Highfields Road, Spa Road, Powers Hall End, Terling Road, Witham Road, Dancing Dicks Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gleneagles Way/Birkdale Rise, Hatfield Peverei) (Temporary
Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Gleneagles Way, Hatfield Peverei in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Street to its junction with Birkdale Rise a distance of approximately 150m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Birkdale Rise, Hatfield Peverei in the District of Braintree from its junction with Gleneagles Way to its end a distance of approximately 80m.
The temporary clearway will be in force Monday - Friday 07:00 -18:00 and Saturdays 08:00 -14:00.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restriction is scheduled to commence on 23rd March 2021 as stated on a valid permit (EP02231005018 - BDW Homes). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs s howing and/or displayed on one.network. The temporary restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works are undertaken by BDW Homes to ease the flow for construction traffic. The Order will come into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sunnyfields Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of  order: To temporarily close that length of Sunnyfields Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 100m south east of its junction with High Garrett for a distance of approximately 95m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD02310618084 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Sunnyfields Road, Willoughbys Lane, Lyons Hall Road, High Garrett and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Lane, Great Leighs) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Lane, Great Leighs in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Dumney Lane for a distance of approximately 105m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th March 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBMP8W9Z002 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Watch House Green, Rayne Road, Frenches Green Road, Crix Green Road, Main Road, Bartholomew Green Road, Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs Bypass Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
