Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence - Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice Is hereby given Dial J P & S Services Limited has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at 339 Hall Lane Chingford E4 8QE. The nature of the application is as follows: 1. To permit the sale of alcohol 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2. To vary the layout of the premises. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk .
Representations must be received no later than 30 March 2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited line on conviction should such a false statement be made.
