DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (ON STREET PARKING PLACES)
(GRANGE ROAD AND NORTHUMBERLAND STREET) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Darlington Borough Council has made the above named Order under Sections 1, 2,4,32, 35, 45, 46,47, 49,51 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 ('the Act'). This Order makes permanent from the 30th May 2016 the following changes to restrictions which have been in operation on an experimental basis since the 2nd March 2015:-
Changethemaximumstayintheonstreetpayanddisplayparkingplaces inGrangeRoadandNorthumberlandStreetfromtwohours(withnoreturn within one hour) to three hours (with no return within one hour). A copy oftheOrdermaybeexaminedfreeofchargeduringthehoursof9amto 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive at the Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or any provision of it, on thegrounds thatitis notwithinthepoweroftherelevantsectionofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or of any requirement of that Act or any enactment made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order youmay,withinsixweeks fromthedateofthis notice,applytotheHigh Courtfor this purpose.
