CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
COULSDON COURT ROAD, COULSDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works to install a new customer connection they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Coulsdon Court Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Coulsdon Court Road will be closed between its junction with Cearn Way and a point 390 metres south­east of that junction.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Cearn Way and Coulsdon Road, as appropriately signed. Residents' access will be maintained.

4. The Order will come into operation on 17 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out with one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

PENSHURST ROAD, THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install new gas connections, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic and parking in Penshurst Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Penshurst Road will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 48 and 50 and Nos. 54 and 56 Penshurst Road;

b) Parking will be temporarily suspended on both sides of Penshurst Road and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" outside Nos. 42 to 52 Penshurst Road outside Nos. 39 to 47 Penshurst Road.

3. Whilst the closure is in force, the diversion route for traffic will be via Penshurst Road, Brigstock Road, Frant Road, Lakehall Road and reversed, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 16 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

6. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a vehicle involved in the said works;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.

SANDFIELD ROAD, THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas connection, they propose to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit parking in Sandfield Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced, operating "at any time", outside Nos. 20 to 26 Sandfield Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 29 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. The prohibition will not apply to any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works, to any vehicle used for police, ambulance or fire brigade purposes, or to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
