NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Freetime Leisure (Watersports) Ltd Horseshoe Lake Activity Centre, Mill Lane, Sandhurst GU47 8JW
Notice is given that Carl Slater has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council for a new Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
