LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is given that: Silver Fox Micro Pub Limited has applied to London Borough of Bexley for the variation of the PREMISES LICENCE issued in respect of the premises known as: Silver Fox Micro Pub situated at: 9 Montpelier Avenue, Bexley DA5 3AP

The application seeks to vary the licence as follows:

To amend condition 14 of annex 3 so as to remove parts c) and d) below: 14. The following restrictions shall apply to the external area used for smoking:

a) Clear and legible notices shall be displayed advising customers to keep noise to a minimum;



b) No licensable activities shall be permitted in the smoking area or the access to the smoking area;



c) Tables, Chairs, and other furniture shall not to be permitted in the smoking area;



d) No food, alcohol, drinks containers, bottles or glasses are to be taken into the area when it is in use for smoking.
