Public Notice New Forest Folk Festival Limited are applying for a new grant of a perpetual Premises License for a Folk Festival at Powells Farm, Salisbury Road, Plaitford, Nr Romsey, Hants, SO51 6EE annually from the first Wednesday in July and run for 5 days If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises, provision of regulated entertainment, provision of facilities for regulated entertainment The intention to make any variation to the premises license is to: Have a Folk Festival on Powells Farm

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above license is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
