NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE ACT: Shepherds Purse Cheeses Ltd of Leachfield Grange, Newsham, Thirsk, YO7 4DJ for Sale of Alcohol. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by no later than 30th March 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
