TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at 292 - 298 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RU for erection of mixed-use development including co-living residential flats (Sui Generis) and ancillary development. A follow up consultation event is being held due to changes to consented scheme. The virtual event will be held at www.292stvincentstreet.com on 15th March 2021 with live chat between 3 - 6pm. The website will be live from 8th March for those wishing to view in advance.
