Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Birch Hall Care Home, Birch Hall Avenue, Darwen(formerly of 40 Sumybank Road, Blackburn BB2 3NE), who died on 30/04/2020, are required to send written particualrs thereof to the undersigied on or before 06/05/2021, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
