Notice is hereby given that the College is seeking to become an academy and is announcing a statutory consultation exercise under section 33N of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 and FE Corporations Regulations, SI 2012 No 1157.
The College is proposing to dissolve its governing body and to transfer all property, rights and liabilities to the Richard Huish Trust.
