TAKE NOTICE that Tony Harold Sugden has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the variation of the Premises Licence held in respect of Different situate at Ashlyns House, 83 Fourth Avenue, Frinton on Sea, Essex CO13 9EB to permit the licensable activities to take place of the occasions and times as set out below:
Patio to be added to existing licence, the sale of food and alcohol on patio area. All days and times to remain unchanged as licensed. Monday 11:00-23:00; Tuesday 11:00-23:00; Wednesday 11:00-23:00; Thursday 11:00-23:00; Friday 11:00-23:00; Saturday 11:00-23:00 and Sunday 11:00-23:00.
Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton on Sea where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. Any representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 24th March 2021. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
