WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH DROPPED KERB ACCESS, CPZ PARKING SPACE AND DISABLED PERSON'S PARKING PROVISION AND REDUCTION AND NEW LOADING PLACE

1. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be:
a. to coincide with a new dropped kerb in:
I. Wigram Square (WQ) E17 - west side - convert permit parking space outside the full boundary of No. 33 WQ to a single yellow line (syl) no waiting restriction operating Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm;
II. Forest Drive East (FDE) E11 - north-west side - convert permit parking space outside the full boundary of No. 48 FDE to a single yellow line no waiting restriction operating Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm;
III. Upper Walthamstow Road (UP) E17 - south-east side - convert a 10-metre parking place outside No. 60 UP to a single yellow line no waiting restriction operating Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm (this will connect to syl's outside No. 58 and 62 UP);
IV. Corbett Road E17 (CB) - south-east side - convert permit parking space outside the full boundary of No. 68 CB to a single yellow line (syl) no waiting restriction operating Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm (this will connect to a syl outside No. 66 CB);
V. Fillebrook Road E11 (FB) - south-east side - convert permit parking space outside the full boundary of No. 69 FB to a single yellow line (syl) no waiting restriction operating Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm (this will connect to a syl outside No. 71 FB);
b. In Church Hill E17 - south-east side - convert 2 x (12 metres) disabled person's parking places outside No. 55 Stainforth Road (flank wall) to a loading place operating "at any time" with a maximum stay of 40 minutes and no return within 1 hour;
c. In Leonard Road E4 (LN) - convert unregulated parking space to a disabled person's parking place operating "at any time" from a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 29/31 south-west for a distance of 6.6 metres.
3. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council under the same RTRA sections mentioned In Item 1 propose to make minor mapping amendments to an existing Order to remove certain no waiting arrangements not on the highway, namely In Hungerdown E4 outside Nos. 2 and 12
4. A copy of each of the Orders, the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and effect of the Orders and measures can be inspected until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, on request by emailing

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposals or to make any other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to; Traffic Orders, Highways and Traffic Management, Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS, or by emailing:
