Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce proposed No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Willingale Road, Loughton:

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.13) Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ440 965 revision 2 to revision 3.
Notice is also hereby given that under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Essex County Council proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing on Willingale Road, Loughton, in the District of Epping Forest.
The centre line of the crossing will be located approximately 82 metres north west of its junction with The Broadway.
The width of the crossing between stop lines will be approximately 6.5 metres.
The length of zig zags will be as follows:
North West Set (both sides) - From a point approximately 85.6 metres north west of its junction with Broadway, north westwards for approximately 17 metres.
South East Set (both sides) - From a point approximately 65.5 metres north west of its junction with The Broadway, westwards for approximately 13.2 metres.

(District of Harlow) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.7) Order 2021 Zebra Crossing - Tawneys Road, Harlow

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order: 1)To revoke 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of Tawneys Road, in the District of Harlow: EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the southern kerb line on Tye Green Village, south east for approximately 18.2 metres. WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 8.2 metres southeast of the southern kerb line on Tye Green Village, south east for approximately 10 metres. 2) To revoke 'No Waiting Mon-Sat 08:00 -18:00' restrictions on the following length of Tawneys Road, in the District of Harlow: BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 18.2 metres southeast of the southern kerb line on the Tye Green Village in a south east direction for approximately 22.2 metres. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL455 085 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Notice is also hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing on Tawneys Road, in the District of Harlow, the centre line of the proposed crossing will be located approximately 20.2 metres south east of the southern kerb line on the Tye Green Village. The width of the crossing between the give way lines is approximately 6.4 metres. Zig zags associated with the crossing are proposed to be installed on the following lengths of Tawneys Road, Harlow, 1) BOTH SIDES: from the southern give way line of the Zebra Crossing in a southerly direction for approximately 17 metres. 2) BOTH SIDES: from the northern give way line of the Zebra Crossing in a northerly direction for approximately 17 metres.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 20 March 2021.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Back Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Back Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Nazeing Common for a distance of approximately 61 Om in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC1MK39Z01 -ST). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Nazeing Common, Betts Lane, Back Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sunnyside to its junction with Hoe Croft a distance of approximately 55m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410114859 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap fitting and boundary box installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Betts Lane, Nazeing Common, Waltham Road, Laundry Lane, St Leonards Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar/Blackmore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar/ Blackmore in the District of Epping Forest and Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Woolmongers Lane for a distance of approximately 1770m in a northeasterly then southeasterly direction.
The closure commenced on 1st February 2021 for 50 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA140NNEASS01 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via Nine Ashes Road, Ongar Road, Stondon Road, Brentwood Road, St James Avenue, Coopers Hill, The Borough, High Street, Four Want Roundabout, High Ongar Road, High Ongar Road Straightening, Chelmsford Road, The Street, King Street, Rookery Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 22nd February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 25th February 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
