Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
The Dell UK Employee Financial Security Pension Plan
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Dell UK Employee Financial Security Pension Plan (the "Trustees" of the "Plan") are intending to wind-up the Plan in accordance with its Trust Deed and Rules.
As part of the wind-up of the Plan, the following individuals are requested to write to the Trustees:
1) Any former employee of Dell Corporation Limited (the "Company") who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the

Plan and who has not already been contacted by the Trustees and:
a. has not received their benefit entitlement from the Plan, or

b. has not transferred their benefit entitlement under the Plan to an alternative pension scheme or policy;

2) Any dependant of a deceased former employee of the Company who believes that he or she has an entitlement to benefits from the Plan in relation to the deceased former employee and who has not already received their benefit entitlement; and

3) Any other person who believes they otherwise have a claim against or an interest in the Plan.

or by telephone on 0117 989 7460. Claimants should provide their full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance number and full details of their entitlement together with written evidence of that entitlement.
Your notification must be received by the Trustees within two months of the publication date of this notice. Following this, the Trustees will proceed to complete the wind-up of the Plan having regard only to those persons for whom they have received a written notice of a claim to a benefit entitlement from the Plan. After the expiry of this two-month period, the Trustees will not be liable to any other person or persons for a claim to a benefit entitlement from the Plan of which they do not have notice.
