TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at the site bounded by 67 – 97 Sauchiehall Street including return elevations on Renfield Street / Bath Street, Glasgow for planning permission for mixed use development, including office, retail, food and drink and commercial uses, and associated works with demolition of unlisted buildings.

An open public consultation event of the proposals will be held at Citizen M Hotel, 60 Renfrew Street, Glasgow, G2 3BW on Thursday 9th June 2016 from 2pm until 8pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 24 June 2016 to Brigid Ryan in writing at 150 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5ND or by email to brigid.ryan@eu.jll.com or by Fax on 0141 567 6678. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
