Fine Scottish Hampers

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Bruce Bennett applied to Wiltshire Council on 02/07/14 for a licence to use the premises at Fine Scottish Hampers, A32, 3rd floor, Andil House, Court Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8BR to gift pack and deliver unopened alcohol (along with food) to be delivered to our customers via courier.

Representations should be made in writing to: Wiltshire Council, Public protection - Licensing Team Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER by 31/07/14

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction of the offence.
