THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We, Durham Burger Trading Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as The Burger Priest Durham, Unit M, Arnison Retail Centre, Pity Me, Durham, DH1 5GB for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Provision of Recorded Music (Indoors) Monday to Sunday 11:00 23:00. Sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises) Monday to Sunday 11:00 23:00 Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 18th March 2021. Under the current circumstances these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
