Notice is given that Jacqueline Byrne has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Ivy Coffee House, 7 Cove Row, Weymouth, DT4 8TT for the provision of alcohol. Between the hours of 08.00 - 22.00 7 days a week Mon - Sunday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
