Lovat Parks are applying for the variation of the Premises Licence for Green Hill Farm Camping and touring SP5 2AZ The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:
* Consolidate the current 2 licenses that are already granted.
Reception Shop & Cabin Bar
* Extend the trading hours, licensable area, and dates for the license 1st January to 31st December. Cabin Bar 11.00 am to 23.00pm Monday to Sunday. Shop 10.00 am - 21.00pm Monday to Saturday. 12.00 pm - 18.00pm Sunday
* Show films in the licensable area from: 09.00 am to 22.00pm Monday to Sunday
1st Jan 31st December.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER. Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice. A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
