PUBLIC NOTICE For the purposes of section 121 of the Charities 2011 on behalf of the Parochial Church Council of St Mary's Church, Bagby, Thirsk, North Yorkshire ('the PCC') Relating to St Mary's Church Hall, Bagby, Thirsk, North Yorkshire. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PCC proposes to sell the freehold property known as St Mary's Church Hall, Bagby, Thirsk, North Yorkshire and its curtilage by way of private treaty to Andrew Johnson and Dianne Horsman. The property is being marketed for sale by private treaty through M W Darwin & Sons of 3 South Parade, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8SE.
