Premises Licence Application

The Auction Hub (Wessex) Ltd is applying for a new Premises Licence for Unit 1 A, Woodlands Industrial Estate, Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 3QS.
The Licence, if granted, is to allow the following activities to take place:
The sale of alcohol.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER.
Representations may be made until 14th March 2021.
A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER.
The application can be viewed by prior appointment.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
