(Footpath 18, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 18, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree for its entire length, between its junction with Burrows Road and Footpath 55, Earls Colne.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/03/2021 to 05/05/2021 and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repairs to the footpath and surrounding golf course fairway are carried out.
The Order will come into effect on 05/03/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Brickhouse Road, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brickhouse Road, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Pebmarsh Road to its junction with Green Farm Road a distance of approximately 1875m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2311083 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Pebmarsh Road, The Green, Green Farm Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chapel Hill, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Beridge Road to its junction with Trinity Street a distance approximately 435m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th March 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2311014 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Sloe Hill, White Ash Green, Halstead Road - Zc5002, The Street, Braintree Road, Gosfield Road, Halstead Road, Pennypot Corner, Bournebridge Hill, Mount Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Castle Lane, Castle Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Castle Lane, Castle Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 15m north east of its junction with Falcon Square for a distance of approximately 25m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158237540 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Castle Lane, Falcon Square, Majendie Lane, St James Street, Bayley Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 17th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Nunnery Street, Castle Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nunnery Street, Castle Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kirby Hall Road for a distance of approximately 456m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A001860 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre network works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Crouch Green, Yeldham Road, Station Road, Queen Street, St James Street, Bayley Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Toppesfield Road, Great Yeldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Toppesfleld Road, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Scotneys Lane a distance of approximately 878m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2303430 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Bridge Street, Church Road, Ridgewell Road, Stambourne Road, Church Lane, The Street, The Causeway, Great Yeldham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
