Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council, in association with Morgan Sindall, is seeking planning permission for a new Primary School and Early Years Nursery with associated playing fields, hard play areas, parking and landscaping on land off St Lukes Way, Runwell, Wickford - Application ref: CC/CHL/15/21
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Chelmsford Local Plan (2020) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposal may also affect the setting of the Chapel at Runwell Hospital which is a Grade II Listed Building.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brandenburg Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Berg Avenue to its junction with Heeswyk Road a distance of approximately 50m. (Various Roads, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 4th March 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
