BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 24 February 2021 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 1 March 2021 will introduce rapid electric vehicle charging points in the parts of the roads identified:-BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.5 2021 (REF: TRO-39A-2020)
Zone C
- Ashton Rise - Amending description of Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places and Electric Vehicle Charging points due to the addition of E-Taxis Charging points.
Zone J
- Preston Park Avenue - Amending description of Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places and Electric Vehicle Charging points due to the addition of E-Taxis Charging point.
BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.3 2021 (REF: TRO-39B-2020)
- Victoria Road - Amending description of Electric Vehicle Charging points due to the addition of E-Taxis Charging point.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
