1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce or amend in certain locations the following parking and waiting changes:-
(a) no waiting at any time (double yellow line) restrictions
- at each junction between

- in the turning at the end of the following roads
o Aldwick Road o Headley Avenue o Lavington Road o Salcott Road o Rookwood Avenue

o Bloxworth Close outside Nos. 1 to 15 o Bridges Lane adjacent to 172 Croydon Road o Bridges Lane outside Wandle Court o The Chase across the entrance to Three Angels Close o The entrance to the Claydon Drive circuit road o the inner kerb of Godalming Avenue and Merebank Lane outside No 31 o Hallowell Avenue adjacent to No. 24 o the west side of Headley Avenue in its northernmost arm o the inner kerbline of Claydon Drive outside and adjacent to No 26 o Highview Avenue across the service road between West Avenue and Stafford Road o the northern side of Richmond Green outside No 15 o the northern side of Richmond Green outside No 176 including traffic island o both side for the whole length of Church Path o both sides of Demesne Road north of the railway bridge o provide full coverage of the east side of Church Road o cover pedestrian access on the west side of Church Road o the inner kerb of Bloxworth Close o Bond Gardens to aid in navigating bends and access protectors o Sandhills outside No.2 o extend the double yellow lines east of Plough Lane on the north side of Collyer Avenue o Garratt Close at the rear of No 146 Croydon Road both sides of Cedars Road north of the junction with Croydon Road o Wandle Road, Beddington outside Nos. 13 and 22
- reduction outside Nos.26 and 28 Wandle Road
(b) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to The Sutton (Charged- For Parking Places) Order 2017 and to The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 to match conditions as they exist on site.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
