NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED has applied to Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames on 18 February 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Pryzm, 154-156 Clarence Street, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 1QP for the provision of regulated entertainment (films, boxing or wrestling events, live music, recorded music & performance of dance) and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 10:00 untl 03:00 the following morning, and the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 23:00 until 03:00 the following morning, including an additional hour on the morning British Summer Time commences and from the end of permitted hours of New Years Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day, on the same terms as premises licence PL0323, and as more particularly set out in the application.

to be received by no later than 18 March 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
