(Oakwood Hill, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary
Introduction of Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Oakwood Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with River Way to its junction with Southview Road a distance of approximately 530m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Oakwood Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with River Way to its junction with Southview Road a distance of approximately 530m.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 15th March 2021 for 4 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2299887 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of traffic island works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Oakwood Hill, Valley Hill, Loughton Way, Roding Lane, Chigwell Rise, High Road, Abridge Road, Chigwell Lane, and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(The Readings, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Readings, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point 70m south of its other junction with The Readings for a distance of approximately 45m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th March 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001028024 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via The Readings and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for
18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 4th March 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 100m south of both its junctions with The Street for a distance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC2M253F002 - ST).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Matching Tye Road, Downhall Road, Matching Road, Sheering Road, Hatfield Heath Road, The Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Langley Way, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Langley Way, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Minton Lane to its junction with Tickenhall Drive a distance of approximately 175m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st March 2021 for 31 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300418 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safely of the public and workforce while raised table installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Langley Way, Old Hall Rise, Lane End, Kiln Lane, Coalport Close and vice versa.

(Church Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junctions with Mott Street for a distance of approximately 1265m in a southerly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309367 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Mott Street, Lippitts Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hare Street Springs, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Hare Street Springs, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 230m northeast of its junction with Slacksbury Hatch for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Hare Street Springs, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 160m northeast of its junction with Upper Stonefield for a distance of approximately 15m in a southeasterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 1 st March 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081001032466 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Hare Street Springs, Harberts Road, Helions Road, Ryecroft and vice versa.

(School Road, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of School Road, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 365m southeast of its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd March 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX054289846000 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via School Road, Berwick Lane, Church Road, London Road, Romford Road, Stanford Rivers Road, Coopers Hill, The Borough, Greensted Road, Toot Hill Road, Mill Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
