NOTICE of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Gala Leisure Limited has given to Brighton & Hove City Council an application for Variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Gala Club, 1 Freshfield Way, Brighton, BN2 0LE.

A brief description of the proposed variation is:

To vary the hours for sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1000 until 0100 hours (the following morning).

To vary the hours for provision of late night refreshment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2300 hours until 0130 hours (the following morning).

The Licensing Register of Brighton & Hove City Council is kept at 2nd Floor, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1PF and where applicable at www. brighton-hove.gov.uk.

The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Brighton & Hove City Council to be received at their above address by no later than 11 August 2014.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
