The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB - Application No. 19/2021/0110 - The Old Rectory, Llanelidan, Ruthin - Installation of replacement windows (Listed Building application).
LB - Application No. 05/2021/0111 - Blaen Y ?dol, Corwen - Internal and external alterations to dwelling including the reinstatement of window and door openings, retention of window and associated works (Listed Building application).
You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them at Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, by appointment from 24 February 2021 until 17 March 2021 or on our website:
