Sass-Cafe Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority of Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises License at: 24 Duke Street, Darlington, DL3 7AQ and known as Sass-Cafe Bar. The application is to: Permit the sales of Alcohol On the premises 09:00 to 02:30 each day and for the Provision of Regulated entertainment from 07:00 to 03:00 each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 8th August 2014. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
