Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for Listed Building Consent for Repairs to roof of existing library building at Manningtree Library, High Street, Manningtree C011 1AD-CC/TEN/12/21/LB
Manningtree Library is situated within Manningtree and Mistley Conservation Area The proposal may affect the setting of Manningtree Library which is a Grade II Listed Building.

(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.6) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To revoke 'No Stepping Mon-Fri 8.15am-9.15am and 3pm-4pm On Entrance Markings' (School Keep Clear) restrictions on B1352 Long Road, Lawford in the District of Tendring, SOUTH WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 15 metres north-west of the north-west kerb-line of Cavendish Road, north west for approximately 57 metres, to allow for the installation of a Zebra Crossing and associated zig zags markings. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TM095 310 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1 March 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Heath Road, Mistley and Windmill Road, Bradfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Heath Road, Mistley and Windmill Road, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Mill Lane to the junction with Harwich Road a distance of approximately 1440m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th March 2021 for 6 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309226 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Windmill Road, Heath Road, Cansey Lane, The Street, Station Road, Ship Hill, Brickmans Hill, Jenkins Hill, Harwich Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 11th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
