Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Archers Fields Energy Recovery Ltd for Development of an Energy Recovery Facility, ancillary office block and associated infrastructure on land to the South of Archers Fields Close, Burnt Mills Industrial Estate, Basildon, Essex, SS131DN- ESS/120/20/BAS

(Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.16) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council Has Made the above Order Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To relocate the existing bus stop, and amend existing restrictions in line with its proposed new location as described on the length of road below:
1. To relocate the existing No Stopping at any Time except buses restriction on the following length of Paycocke Road in the Town of Basildon in the Borough of Basildon:

SOUTH SIDE ONLY: Approximately 10 metres west of its current position which is currently located approximately 92 metres east of its junction with Gardeners Lane South (this will reduce the existing length of unrestricted parking bays by approximately 1.5 metres)
2. To remove a section of No Waiting at any Time Restriction on the following length of Paycocke Road in the Town of Basildon in the Borough of Basildon:

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ720 905 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 23 February 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Castledon Road, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Castledon Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Elizabeth Drive for a distance of approximately 500m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBJHP39Z02 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Castledon Road, London Road, London Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, Runwell Road Roundabout, Runwell Road, Swan Lane, Brock Hill, Sudbury Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pound Lane, North Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pound Lane, North Benfleet in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with A127 Southend Arterial Road to its junction with Harrow Road a distance of approximately 220m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBPC281POA - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground structure works are undertaken byBT.
Alternative routes are available via
1. A127 Southend Arterial Road, Slip Road from A127 to A132 Westbound, Nevendon Road Roundabout, East Mayne, East Mayne Roundabout junction with Cranes Farm Road, Courtauld Road, Burnt Mills Road, Pound Lane.
2. Pound Lane, Burnt Mills Road, Courtauld Road, East Mayne Roundabout junction with Cranes Farm Road, East Mayne, Nevendon Road Roundabout, A127, Slip Road from A127 to A130 Eastbound, Fairglen Interchange, B1464 Canvey Way, Pound Lane.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sidwell Avenue, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Sidwell Avenue, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Sidwell Chase to its junction with Sidwell Park a distance of approximately 235m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308958 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Sidwell Lane, St Marys Drive, Sidwell Chase and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic &
Clearway) (No.2) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 25th February 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
