KS SPV31 Ltd ( c/o Laurence Associates, Lander House, May Court, Threemilestone Business Park, Truro, Cornwall, TR4 9LD has submitted a planning appeal against the refusal of planning permission issued by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH for the above proposed development.
Notice is hereby given that Further Environmental Information (FEI) is available in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) which accompanied the planning application and subsequent appeal documentation.
The FEI provides further information in relation to the predicted effects of the Proposal and in particular it addresses pollution prevention, impact on agricultural land, biodiversity, construction traffic management an evaluation of alternative sites and an addendum to the non-technical summary. The FEI is intended to update, and should be read together with, the environmental information contained in the original ES and non-technical summary. The consultation period commences on July 17th until the 7th August. The FEI consists of:
An addendum to the non-technical summary;
A Construction Method Management Plan for pollution prevention;
Evaluation of alternative PV sites;
Additional assessment of impact on Agricultural Land;
Additional Biodiversity report;
Additional Construction Traffic Management Report and associated documents;
Copies of the FEI, together with the originallysubmitted ES and Non-Technical Summaryare available for inspection at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH during normal opening hours. Copies of the FEI may be obtained from Laurence Associates, Lander House, May Court, Threemilestone Business Park, Truro, Cornwall, TR4 9LD at a price of £20.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the FEI should do so by writing to The Planning Inspectorate, 3/20 Eagle Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN (quoting reference APP/ H1705/A/14/2217110) or via email Environmental services@infrastructure.gsi.gov.uk identifying the proposal and specifying grounds for objection or support. All representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of the person making the representations.
