The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 4A and 5, Stokenchurch) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in: 1) The entire length of Footpath STC/5/1. 2) That length of Footpath STC/4A/1, which commences at a junction with Footpaths STC/5/1 and STC/5/2 and continues for a distance of approximately ISOm in a northerly direction. 3) That length of Footpath STC/5/2, which commences at a junction with Footpaths STC/4A/1 and STC/5/1 and continues for a distance of approximately 100m in a westerly direction. The closures are required whilst approved development works take place commencing on 1 March 2021 for 6 months. The alternative route will start at Footpath STC/5/1, continuing north along Ibstone Road until it meets the entrance of Footpath STC/4A/1, then continues in a north westerly direction through the field to re-join Footpath STC/4A/1, then continues in a south west to southerly direction through the woodland to re-join Footpath STC/5/2. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 March 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Frieth Road, Marlow in the Parish of Great Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Road from Spinfield Lane for approximately 4951m. Alternative route: Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, West Street, Spittal Street, Dean Street, Seymour Court Road, Marlow Road, Church Road, Moor Common, Moorend Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Instalcom ducting works take place commencing on 27 February 2021 between 08:00 and 17:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. Works commence from Spinfield Lane working along with only 200m closed at one time. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Lee Road, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lee Road from Manor Farm for approximately 95m. Alternative route: Lee Road, Wycombe Road, Shootacre Lane, Picts Lane, Bledlow Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place commencing on 23 February 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Broombam Lane, Great Missenden in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Broombarn Lane from junction of A4128 for approximately 85m. Alternative route: Martinsend Lane, Station Approach, High Street, Rignall Road, Broombarn Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water service pipe repair and renewal works take place commencing on 24 February 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Alternative route: Amersham Road, Taylors Lane, Village Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Water mains replacement works take place commencing on 1 March 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. Works will be starting works to East along Village Road due to the water only being one way fed and the maximum closure will be 300m at any one-time keeping access to residents at all times. NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER, THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 59, HIGH WYCOMBE) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021 made on 5 February 2021, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will divert the public footpath running from SU87752-91090 NNW for 377m to SU87575-91424 to a line running from SU87686-91219 NNE for 54m to SU87710-91266 then E for 11m to SU87723-91269 then NE for 15m to SU87732-91281 then ENE for 8m to SU87739-91287 then NNW for 19m to SU87729-91301 then N for 45m to SU87727-91345 then ENE for 16m to SU87741-91350 as shown on the Order map and having a width of 2m throughout. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council"), in exercise of its powers under Sections 1,2,4,19, 32-35, 37, 39,44,45,46,49, 53,63A, 65, 68, 69,71, 84, 92,99,100-102,116,124 and Schedule 9 and having regard to Section 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") as amended and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the Act of2004") as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, has made the above titled Orders with the effects detailed in Parts 1 and 2 to this Notice.
PART 1 - REPRODUCTION OF PROVISIONS OF ORDERS
The provisions of the Orders specified in PART 2 of this Notice are reproduced in each respective Order and all restrictions marked or signed on street are made permanent, without prejudice to other Orders or similar provisions, which remain in full force and effect.
