LAND AT PENCOEDTRE LANE, BARRY
Notice is hereby given that the Vale of Glamorgan Council intends to appropriate land at Pencoedtre Lane, Barry having an area of approximately 1.25 hectares which is currently designated open space to housing for the purposes of delivering mixed tenure housing development.
A plan identifying the land may be examined on the Council's website at
