ONLINE PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposal: Residential development on part of Helensburgh golf course (including affordable housing); demolition of existing clubhouse and erection of new clubhouse; a full revision of new and retained golf holes providing a refreshed 18 hole Golf Course; creation of a new 6 hole par 3 course

Applicant: Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd and Helensburgh Golf Club

Location: Land to the north of Machrie Drive/Kent Drive occupied by Helensburgh Golf Club, 25 East Abercromby St, Helensburgh, G84 9HZ

Helensburgh Golf Club and Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd propose to hold an online public event (virtual exhibition) for their development proposals at land owned by Helensburgh Golf Club adjacent to East Abercromby Street. This will take place between the hours of 2pm - 4pm on 26th February 2021 and can be accessed at

. The event will allow attendees to view the initial development proposals and to provide feedback to members of the project team. A second follow up event is also planned later this year, with details to be publicised locally nearer the time.
