Notice is hereby given that Ataur Haris has applied 10/2/21 to Bury Council for a premises Licence for Gin Cave Ltd 1C Smithy Street Ramsbottom BL0 9AT to allow the sale /supply of alcohol between MON-SUN START 11:00 END 23:30 late night refreshments; MON-SUN 23:00 END 00:30 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include Playing of recorded sound, sporting/game, competitions other forms of live dance. Provisions of late night refreshments Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manger, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ for any representations to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine up to £5000 on summary conviction.
