Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to the London Borough of Barnet a Premises licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 231 Colney Hatch Lane, Frien Barnet, London, N11 3DG for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW, Appointments to Inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8359 7443 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Bamet, Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 17/03/2021. The Council will not entertain representations where the wrier requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Commiee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must state to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention ot public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an applicatlon.To do so could result in prosecution and a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
