Proposed outline Group application on land northwest of Stonehouse
An application is being prepared for outline planning permission for up to 700 dwellings, a primary school (to be provided if required), associated infrastructure, open space, landscaping, and access, on land northwest of Stonehouse. All details relating to appearance, access, landscaping, layout and scale will be reserved for future consideration (through Reserved Matters applications).
An online pre-application public consultation event is taking place between Friday 12th, February and Friday 12th March 2021 to seek the views of the local community on the current proposals. Further details can be found at:
