Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, that all creditors or others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Cristiana Angelini of 4 Kenward Rd, SE9 6AD, who died on 22 September 2020, are required to send particulars in writing to V Angelini, The London Gazette, (15896), PO Box 3584, Norwich, MR7 7WD, on or before 16 April 2021 after which date the executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distribute to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice of.
