Premises Licence Application

We, The Cold Start Coffee Company, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at 14 Wellington Gardens, TR11 3BB. The application is to sell alcohol online. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: The Licensing Manager, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX not later than 05/03/2021. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.cornwall.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
