I, James Kenworthy, have applied to Chiltern District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the following premises, Mull Cottage, Village Road, Denham, Bucks, UB9 5BH.
The proposed variation is for the following:-
Storage of alcohol for an online based delivery service.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
