VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by HSB Clubs Limited to Bournemouth Borough Council in respect of premises known as LoLa Lo, 3 Richmond Terrace, Bournemouth BH2 6HE

1. To seek approval to the proposed alterations in accordance with drawings provided and numbered 414/9/21 and 414/9/22;

2. Deletion of existing condition 2.12 and replace the same with the following "shatterproof toughened glass shall be utilised throughout the premises (with the exception of bottle sales referred to in 2.13)".

3. Change of name to Sakura.

The record of application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6EB.

Any representations by interested parties regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address by 15th August 2014.06.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
